We are rejoicing with Mike and Sam Miller upon the birth of their son, Samuel, on July 24th.
We are grieving with Ian Drennan upon the death of his dad, Jaxon.
Children's Ministry
All classes resume on Sunday, August 2nd. Children should move-up to their fall grades if they are in K-5th grade.
We are in need of a teacher and a helper to join the Kindergarten-1st grade classroom. Please email

Student Step-up Night - August 2nd
Students entering 6th grade are welcome to begin participating in student ministry on this “step-up” night. Join us in the lower level on Sunday, August 2nd at 5:00pm. Families are invited to come along too. We’ll provide pizza, play a game, and share some information about our student ministry. Incoming freshman should also move-up to the high school group.
Cornhole and Cookout - August 7th
Join us for Cornhole & Cookout on Friday, August 7th, at 6:00pm! We'll spend the evening hanging out, playing yard games, eating together, and there will also be a cornhole tournament for anyone who would like to participate! We'll provide drinks, burgers, and hotdogs and would just ask that you bring a dish to share.
Adoption & Fostering Support Group - August 9th
If you are a parent or guardian who has gone through the adoption/foster care process, join us for this support group on the 2nd Sunday of each month. We'll meet in Room 208 at 11:00am on Sunday, August 9th. Please RSVP to .
Parkside at Prayer - August 9th
Join us as we share a meal and pray together. We'll meet in the lower level on Sunday, August 9th from 5:00pm-6:30pm. Please bring a side or accompaniment for the meal and RSVP to if you plan to attend.
End of Summer Retreat - August 22nd-23rd
Save the date for August 22nd-23rd! The EOS ("End Of Summer") Retreat is an overnight trip for all students entering grades 6-12. We’ll spend time playing games and soaking up the sun and water at Camp Patmos on Kelley's Island, while building friendships and diving into the Bible together. Registration to follow.
Man Walks - August 29th
All men are welcome to join us on Saturday, August 29th, at 7:30am as we gather to pray and walk in the Metroparks, Lakewood, Rocky River, etc. Contact Jon Mathoslah for the location details.
