Men's Work Day - November 7th
Join us for our Men's Work Day on Saturday, November 7th. Come help us assist with fall clean-up for folks in our church community. If you are available and willing to help, please sign up here. We will meet at the church building at 8:30am and disperse from there to various homes.
Adoption & Fostering Support Group - November 8th
If you are a parent or guardian who has gone through the adoption/foster care process, join us for this support group on the 2nd Sunday of each month. We'll meet in Room 208 at 11:00am on Sunday, November 8th. Please RSVP to .
Parkside at Prayer - November 8th
Join us as we share a meal and pray together on Sunday, November 8th, from 5:00pm-6:30pm in the lower level. Please bring a side or accompaniment for the meal and RSVP to Matt if you plan to attend.
Parkside Westside Playgroup - November 11th
Playgroup meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 10:30am-12:00pm. *Please note that we will only meet on the 11th in the month of November. Join the moms, dads, and caregivers of preschool aged children (ages birth-preschool) for some purposeful play alongside your child and his/her peers. We will have stations set up and have some time of song and stories. Feel free to pack your lunches and stick around after to eat together. Questions? Contact . Hope to see you there!
Young Professionals Game & Fellowship Night - November 13th
All young adults ages 18-30ish are welcome to join us for a game and fellowship night on Friday, November 13th, at 6:30pm in the lower level. We will meet on the 2nd Friday of each month. Bring your favorite game. Snacks will be provided. Contact if you have questions.
Membership Class - November 15th
If you'd like to take the next step toward membership at Parkside Westside, please join us for a brief class on November 15th at 11:00am in Room 210. We'll spend some time looking at what it means to shift our focus from "me" to "we." Sign-up here.
Young Adult Friendsgiving - November 20th
All young adults ages 18-30ish are invited to a celebration of friendship on November 20th at 6:00pm in the lower level. Please bring a favorite dish to share with everyone. Contact with questions.
Christmas Store 2026
What is the Christmas Store?
The Christmas Store takes place in the lower level, and provides children from over 100 families in Lakewood with stockings filled with small gifts. In addition, we will provide families with gift cards to purchase gifts for their children and groceries for the holidays.
How Can You Help?
Purchase small gifts to fill the stockings. A list of age appropriate ideas can be found here. The greatest need is boys/girls ages 6-9 and boys/girls ages 10+. Collection containers will be in the lower level from Sunday, November 15th-November 29th. Additional volunteer opportunities with the store coming soon.
Women's Gathering Craft Night - December 4th
Join the women of Parkside Westside for their first Friday of the month gathering on December 4th at 6:30pm in the lower level. December's gathering is a craft night. Whether you are new to Westside or have been attending for years, we hope to see you there! Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share and RSVP to Krista.
