Everyone is Gifted and Needed

God has given each of us gifts in order to reach out, build the church, and be released to the ends of the earth. Whether it’s offering a warm welcome to a visitor as a part of the welcome team or serving with the community it all matters.

The form below provides a list of some of our routine or regular opportunities to serve. Let us know where you can fit in!

NURSERY & CHILDRENS

Be part of team as a teacher or helper that serves once every three weeks with children from birth-5th grade. We provide all of the training and materials that you need. As part of our screening process a background check is required to serve in this area.

STUDENTS

Serving as an adult leader is a great way to connect with our student ministry for 6th-12th grade. Build relationships and help students become committed followers of Jesus Christ. As part of our screening process a background check is required to serve in this area.

MEDIA TEAM

Let us know if you've got experience running a soundboard or can run PowerPoint slides during a Sunday service. We're also happy to train you if you're interested.

PRAISE BAND

If you are vocally or musically* gifted then our Sunday morning praise band may be the place for you to serve. We aren’t looking for performers but for those who are able to stand up front and yet fall into the background as they lead.

*Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Drums

PRAYER TEAM

Our prayer team prays for people and the specific needs of our church. They receive regular emails that include matters for prayer and are part of our routine church prayer meetings.

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN TEAM

Our set-up and tear-down team arrives at 8:30am on a Sunday morning to get things ready for our service and then sticks around until 11:45am to help us pack up. The teams serve together for a month and then are off for a month.

WELCOME TEAM

GreetersThese are the first people to say hello to those on a Sunday morning and help answer questions for those that are new. Greeter teams serve on a rotating basis.

Ushers: Our friendly ushers help out during the Sunday service by passing out printed materials and guiding people along to a seat. Ushering teams serve on a montly rotating basis.

Coffee BaristasHelp us create a welcoming atmosphere by showing up at 8:30am to begin brewing coffee, maintaining cleanliness of the area, and packing up the equipment after service. The coffee team serves on a weekly rotating basis.
