Clothing Drive
Building Hope in the City will be joining us on October 17th to collect donations of home goods and clothing items. This is a great opportunity to donate those garbage bags of clothes that have been piling up or to clean out your attic! All donations will go toward stocking inventory at Building Hope's thrift store, Common Threads. Please visit their website for more information on accepted items.
Classifieds, Messages & Needs
Need a way to get in touch with other Westsiders? Check out our "Classifieds, Messages & Needs" Group on CCB. Anyone (18 and older) who is a part of Parkside Westside can use this group's message board to post job opportunities, inquire about housing, sell or give away items, ask for help around the house, get the word out about events, and more. Foster & Adopt Luncheon
We would like to invite individuals and families involved with foster care and adoption to join us for a luncheon after the second service on October 10th. We'll share a meal together and then Matt will facilitate a conversation for us. Our hope is to provide an opportunity for similarly-positioned families to connect with one another.
