Hi Friends! This Sunday after the morning service we are going to take about 40 minutes for an update on how things are coming along for us at Parkside Westside. The quick summary is that we are off to a good start as God has guarded us from drama and divisiveness. We see evidence of His kindness to us in many ways and for this we give Him praise and thanks.
We are seeing three general groups of people coming through our doors: those who are checking us out, consistently coming around and committed with us. Our aim is for everyone to be increasingly moving toward a growing commitment of sharing in our vision of glorifying God and helping people become committed followers of Jesus Christ. On Sunday we'll talk about how we are trying to do this along with a few other updates on:
- Community Groups
- Serving Needs
- Financial Update
- Giving Goals
- Facility Plans
We hope that you'll make it a priority to stick around and keep figuring out the part that we all have in gathering as God's people to reach a group of people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
