More Sleep or More Daylight?

This weekend brings some good news and bad news:
- The good news is that starting Sunday, we get more sunlight during the day.
- The bad news is that we lose an hour of sleep.
Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday, March 10, at 2am. If you still use clocks that don't automatically reset for you, be sure to turn them ahead one hour before going to bed on Saturday night. Spring forward!
