Thanksgiving Service
This Sunday, November 26th, we'll give our congregation the opportunity to thank God publicly for His goodness and grace. We'll have a portion of time during our 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services for you to share some of the ways in which you’re grateful to God. With this in view, we hope that you’ll take the next couple of days and give a prayerful think to what you might say on Sunday. To help frame that time of public sharing, here are a few things to keep in mind.
- Please keep your sharing clear and succinct so that others will also have the opportunity to speak.
- If you have a child who would like to share, please ask them to share with you in advance and then accompany them to the microphone.
- Please only share one time.
- Please primarily offer your thanks to God as the giver of all good gifts. If you’d like to thank a spouse, family member, or a volunteer at the church, please find them after the service and express your gratitude.
Since this will be a church family time that we’ll be sharing together, we won’t be streaming the services this Sunday.
Finally, just a friendly reminder that Children's Ministry is only offered for nursery and toddlers on holiday weekends. If you have a child with special needs, we welcome you to register him or her here for our very first special needs class that will be held during the 10:30am service in room 210.
